Not your ordinary non-profit, we’re an innovative, mission-driven social enterprise, filled with people who have an extreme passion for pets and ideas to change the world for them. Summary
This newly created position is responsible for driving significant revenue through marketing sponsorships, partnerships and lead generation programs.  Given our social enterprise model, a key organizational goal is to make our national microchip registry a self-sustaining business by creating multiple revenue streams, including monetizing our pet owner database.  Over two thirds of US households are pet owners and spending on pets continues to grow rapidly. Our goal is to attract partner and sponsor brands who want to reach pet owners while aligning with our mission. It’s a win-win proposition that will help us save more pets.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has a track record of driving significant revenue and ability to create and scale a program quickly. In this role, you’ll identify, cultivate and develop revenue generating programs, including lead generation and partnerships and sponsorships - offering brands the opportunity to reach our pet owner audience via multi-channel programs (including email ad placements, website and social channel placements, sponsored emails, digital content and other activity). The position reports to our Chief Marketing Officer and will collaborate with others on the marketing team on program implementation. If you’re excited about the opportunity to apply your skills to build and quickly scale this competency in our organization - and to make a difference in the lives of pets -  this may be the role for you.
